Nicely appointed studio apt, short walking distance to Duomo and city center. Apt is very noisy as you can hear neighbors above who were up until 3am partying. Woukdnt recommend for anyone wanting quieter accommodations. Easy self check-in procedure.

The noise level was terrible, as we had to attempt to sleep with some of the windows open, as there is no air conditioning.

The room didn’t have any air conditioning only a fan so disappointing and hot and humid. Instead of sleeping in two separate rooms, we end up having to sleep in one bed to share a fan couldn’t open the door window because there was mosquito and a loud bar across the street when we got back from dinner we were locked out. Because the gate closes at 11 PM put the instruction to get in was not clear so we end up calling the phone number multiple phone numbers and not one person pick up or respond until an hour later. And sent us an instruction video why it wasn’t included in the first original direction. I have no clue so after dinner around 11:30 at night we end up standing outside of the gate to the building of the stairs for an extra hour after a long day, walking around the city in the hot sun, that was not what you wanted to do going into a hot room very disappointing will never stay here again. Everything smell like mildew and mold even the towels, tables and stuff might be white clean, but it did not smell clean.

Not a hotel

The room was good but we didn't expect an apartment building when we booked on a hotel site. Our flight was delayed and the instructions for getting into the apartment gate did not work. No help at 5am via phone. Had to mechanically bypass the front lock to get the family off the street and into bed which was a bit frustrating. The room was very nice and air conditioned though.
