Almost a disastrous non-stay. I didn't get access at 9pm, even though I had notified my ETA in advance. No entry code sent out in advance. Notice pasted on the door gave an incorrect contact number. Only thanks to a resident exiting the locked front door did I get inside and see a notice with correct contact number.

L’hôtel est censé ouvrir à 15h, mais à notre arrivée il n’y avait absolument personne à la réception. Nous avons dû attendre environ une heure, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. De plus, le chauffage a été coupé pendant la nuit, et nous avons eu très froid. Il a été rallumé seulement le matin. Ce manque de confort et d’attention aux clients est inadmissible. Une telle organisation et ces conditions ne correspondent pas à un service hôtelier normal.

Hôtel situé en centre ville mais dans un quartier très bruyant, cris, bagarre devant le café d’en face. Volets qui ne fermaient pas et literie trop molle où l’on s’enfonçait

Nous avons rencontré un problème : l'hôtel était fermé à notre arrivée vers midi 30 alors que la réception était supposée être ouverte de 8h à 22h. Lorsque nous sommes revenus vers 13h30, la personne à l'accueil a été agréable. La chambre proposée disposant d'un grand lit alors que nous avions demandé des lits jumeaux, une autre chambre nous a été proposé. Une petite réparation a été effectuée dans la salle de bain (dont la porte devrait être réparée).
