Not a good experience
Got to the motel at approximately 8:30 pm. The room was not ready and they did not even know if they had the room we paid for. I was told the website was selling more rooms than they had available. After a lengthy wait we were given the card key to the room but were told there were no towels in the room. Someone would bring them in about an hour. 90 minutes later, I called the front office to get them. After a long day, we were looking forward to a shower and sleep. The hairdryer did not work. Had to call to get a working hairdryer. Picked up the phone to call the front office and the cord for the receiver popped right out of the phone. I had to hold it in to make the call. At that, the call was cut off because it would not keep a connection. The room was clean. No coffee. They did give us to complimentary waters.
