The AC was not in operation, from the staff It looked like it’s been closed of for a long time. The temperature was like 36 degrees when I checked in. The building keeps the heat and you must sleep with open window resulting in several mosquito bites. The hotel has a bad location. Close to big roads that your hear all night. Youngsters playing riding motorcycles outside It is a 30 min walk into the city center on unsafe roads. The elevator only works sporadically. They call it breakfast, I call it dry suger. I will never go back

The hotel is in need of a major refresh. The room was just "OK". The bed and pillow was unbearable and I found it hard to sleep. Stiff neck and sore back for most of the trip. The restaurant service and food were good, but it needs a refresh -- new curtains, the floor needs a redo, the ceiling shows signs of water damage. If I'd choose one thing they would fix, it is better mattress and pillows!

Noisy and no hot water

Very noisy hotel because the hotel was booked for kids school holidays. Kids were playing till nidnight and the phonic isolation of room doors is very bad. So this is not a hôtel for business trips. Moreover there was no warm water for the shower in the morning for 2 out of 4 days.

Vi valde detta hotell eftersom det marknadsförs som ett 4-stjärnigt hotell, men vår upplevelse var långt ifrån vad man kan förvänta sig. Redan första kvällen upptäckte vi att luftkonditioneringen inte fungerade. Vi kontaktade receptionen flera gånger och bad om att få byta rum, men personalen vägrade hjälpa oss. Temperaturen i rummet låg runt 30 grader och vi kunde knappt sova under hela natten på grund av den extrema värmen. Först dagen efter mötte vi en annan medarbetare som tog vårt problem på allvar och ordnade ett nytt rum. Tyvärr var även det rummet ett stort problem – det var fullt av myror. Vi vaknade med myror krypande på våra kroppar, vilket var både chockerande och helt oacceptabelt. Frukosten var också en stor besvikelse. Utbudet var mycket begränsat och det fanns inte ens kallt vatten, trots att temperaturen utomhus var omkring 34 grader. Ost och andra livsmedel stod framme i värmen utan ordentlig kylning, vilket gav ett mycket ohygieniskt intryck. Det mest frustrerande var den första personalens brist på service och vilja att hjälpa till. Hade vi fått byta rum direkt hade vi åtminstone sluppit en sömnlös natt. Detta hotell lever inte upp till en 4-stjärnig standard. Bristande service, trasig luftkonditionering, myror i rummet och en undermålig frukost gjorde vår vistelse till en mycket dålig upplevelse. Vi kan tyvärr inte rekommendera detta hotell och kommer inte att återvända.

Personale cordiale e professionale. Camera pulita ma con urgente bisogno di manutenzione. L'asse del bagno da cambiare, il termoarredo da riverniciare come la camera. Doccino del bagno molto datato. C'era un'evidente ragnatela con tanto di ragno sopra la finestra. Muri scrostati e moquette sul pavimento. Un hotel basico con della manutenzione da fare. Giardino molto bello.
