Staff was very helpful. The owner of the hotel is very very kind and humble feels like that's your friend you know him from long time. Arrange city tour with his own staff . Was excellent. We had arrived after the restaurant next door was closed, the guy that checked us in was so respectful and generous, I asked him where we could get food and he offered a meal that his family cooked after hours for a surcharge. This is my first time staying at success hotel. The location is very near Nói Bài international airport. We book a presidential suite and it fits 3 people. Room is spacious and very clean. The bath room has a huge zaccuzzi tub. We had dinner there and the food is excellent Hotel Staff is extremely friendly. The also hotel offer ride to airport, the shuttles cost $100k vnđ for our group. Will definitely stay again this July. Thank you Success Hotel’s staff!
