Dreadful experience. Beds so hard that I had back & hip pain. Pillows are flat. Room is tiny. Only 1 towel per person, no hand towel etc which is very unhygienic. Maid took our key card when cleaning the room- still awaiting contact from the hotel about our stay. Someone tried to enter our room during our second night. As we were staying with two children, we left the next morning cutting our stay short by 1 night. Nobody at reception to speak to, it was not manned. We had to book another hotel in the city for our last night. I have emailed to seek compensation for the last night but have not received a response. It was a truly miserable stay and would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointing.

Paid for room and breakfast upon checking in was told i was not entitled to breakfast i contacted jotels.com and they said they had spoken go the hotel and everything was fine.The first 2 mornings were ok but the third morning i was asked for my room number and was told i hadn't paid for breakfast.
