front desk guy was super nice and room was very clean! on the downside, the bar was not open for use yet and the parking fee was 40$ per night and the valet was not always there to give us our keys. location is super fun as well!

Kins was super clean, quiet, and the staff was very nice. The hotel was simple, but comfortable. The only problem was that the TV in my room did not work. I was offered a room change, but I did not want to pack and unpack again. One more thing that bothered me was the strong perfume odor in the lobby. IDK if i is a LA thing but it was very hard for me to breath sometimes.

Loved the stay was perfect, close to everything! Stayed for one night. One thing I did not like was Check out was at 11 and the housekeeping came into my room at 9:00am even with the sign on the door of do not disturb asking if we are checking out. Parking is very small they offer paid parking with valet. Other than that the stay and room was great!
