Absolutely amazing hotel excellent value for money spotlessly clean and super friendly staff. Lucy from main reception was fantastic from check in to check out she is a huge asset to the team very helpful. The hotel location is very good close.to all restaurants and main square. The rooms are cosy and clean very well heated. Breakfast was plenty of choice and again well stocked and always clean. I would reccomend Skansen hotel 100% and would stay again.

Room was great for a solo traveller. Single bed was comfortable and the room was heated well. The bathroom was huge and shower was great. One morning I had no hot water but staff helped and sorted it. Location was excellent! Right at the end of the Main Street with a 5 minute walk to most things. Plenty of food and bar options around the area. While the price during the time I was there was far too much for what it was - compared to the rest of the area it was decent.

We were very comfortable at Enter Skansen. The hotel feels new, the room was spacious and the buffet breakfast was filling. The location is a short walk to the central attractions. Paid parking is available nearby. The only negative comment I could make is the noise of the winter car tyres managed to penetrate the double glazed windows, so we heard every car drive by.

I came on a solo trip to take part in the PolarNight Half Marathon, so my single room served the purpose. Perhaps consider putting a cupboard in the bathroom area where there is space for it. Apart from that, the staff are very friendly, it was clean, and the breakfast was very good.

Good location just out of the centre. Easy bus links to airport. Room was simple but didnt want for anything....couldn't get tv to work but that wasnt important. Breqkfast would benefit from hot food bit its advertised as continental so cant conplain. Staff were very friendly ans helpful. I reported shower had a leak and receptionist took a bote to sort. Would recommend and stay again

Booked their absolutely cheapest room, unknowingly, and ended up in a tiny room with a terrible bed. Spoke to the reception the next morning and expressed my dissatisfaction. Was met with full understanding and empathy, and was given another room which was perfect for my three night stay. Lovely staff. Simple, but very functional breakfast room in the basement. Clean room and great bed. The hotel has a good location in the extension of the high street in the centre of town. Short walk to most central attractions.

O hotel está bem localizado, próximo a principal rua de comércio e restaurantes da cidade. A equipe da recepção do hotel foi ótima. Foram bastante atentos ao se preocuparem com o horário da nossa chegada, pois não tem recepção 24h. Quando chegamos, a recepcionista nos informou que naquela noite era possível ver a Aurora Boreal e um parque, e nos deu todas as orientações para chegarmos lá. Foi incrível! O hotel não é muito grande, bem como a área do café da manhã. Porém, há uma variedade boa de ítens de café da manhã, com opções de comida local. Os quartos são bons, com aquecimento, chaleira elétrica, cafés. Sobre o banheiro, possui água quente, aquecimento, porém, é importante ressaltar que o box do chuveiro é bastante pequeno, sendo literalmente um pouco apertado. De modo geral, a estadia e a experiência foram bastante positivas!

Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Bad war wirklich groß. Etwas mehr Ablagefläche wäre toll, da man durch die dicken Wintersachen ja doch etwas mehr Platz braucht. Wir hatten den Blick zum Hafen und die Eismeerkathedrale, wirklich toll! Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns bei jeder Frage hilfreich beraten. In der Rezeption gab es super leckeren heißen Beerensaft und Kekse zum aufwärmen! Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, jedoch kann es in dem kleinen Raum zur Hauptzeit recht voll werden. Fehlendes Essen wird aber unverzüglich nachgestellt. Handtücher, Tee, Kaffee und andere Utensilien können in einer kleinen Station nach Bedarf selbst geholt werden. Tolle Idee um seinen eigenen Bedarf zu regulieren!

Das Hotel und das Zimmer war sehr sauber, alle waren sehr freundlich. Andere Rezeption hat man bei allen Fragen geholfen und immer eine Antwort gehabt. Es war sehr angenehm hier. Auch das Frühstück war super und ausreichend und es gab nichts Negatives! Ich buche dieses Hotel gerne wieder beim nächsten Mal.
