Room floor was all wet. They put some fans to dry it, and it made the room very smelly. I had to sleep in it. They claimed there was no other room available. It was horrible.It seems the toilet backed up. Soap dispensers didnt work at all.

Fomos muito bem recebidos desde o momento do check-in, com uma equipe atenciosa e cordial, o que já deixou uma excelente primeira impressão. O quarto era confortável, bem organizado e proporcionou uma estadia tranquila. Tudo estava limpo e preparado com cuidado. Foi uma experiência muito positiva, e com certeza consideraríamos nos hospedar novamente.

O hotel é bom, mas as comodidades são um pouco antigas e poderiam passar por uma reforma. A água da ducha demora a cair, o que causa certo desconforto. Em compensação, o café da manhã é variado e bem servido. Já o atendimento no balcão poderia ser mais cordial e com um astral melhor.

O hotel tem bom custo benefício, localizado um pouco afastado do centro, mas próximo ao mesmo tempo. Ida e volta ao centro, via taxi, já que inexiste uber, custa em torno de 25 reais por trecho, ou 4,60 dólares (jan/2026). Tem excelente vista do lago Argentina. A estrutura é antiga, mas agradável e aconchegante. Ponto negativo, para mim, é o café da manhã que poderia ser melhor, mas mesmo assim tem pães, doces variados, sucrilho, café, leite etc.
