I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the positive parts of my stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Having a mall and grocery store nearby is a great convenience. However, the experience in your restaurant was unacceptable. The staff demonstrated a lack of customer service skills, and the way the staff were speaking about the guest assuming I would not understand — was deeply disrespectful. I understood every word, and no guest should be treated that way or talked about. They have a s sewer, problem that all the way up into the rooms it is apparent when you walk around the property. Additionally, the dynamic between staff members when handling customer issues was concerning and unprofessional. Because of this, I will not be staying at your property again, and I will be sharing my experience publicly. Based on this visit, I am giving a 1‑star rating.

I visited the Royal International Hotel in Georgetown during my last business trip in Guyana. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, big and modern. The staff is very helpful. The restaurant on the second floor has a mainly Chineese food, with a big variety. There is a shopping mall in the same building, with stores and a children place with electronic games and play pen on the third floor.

I've stayed at this hotel more than once and their standards never changed. The staffs are helpful, their late check out is convenient at no additional cost. Although the breakfast is okay I hope they have wider options the next time I stay.
