Stay in Marrakech

The Hotel was in a good location quite close to the places worth seeing. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast, room condition ans service were poor.

Reservei esse hotel para passar apenas uma noite. Foi terrĂ­vel. A reserva era de 12 a 13/10 apenas. Mas, nem para encontrar o hotel foi fĂĄcil. Pois eles nĂŁo tĂȘm fachada, apenas um cavalete na rua escrito de giz. Como cheguei de um vĂŽo noturno, foi ainda mais difĂ­cil de encontrar. Fiz o check in Ă s 00h30 do dia 13/10. E, pela tela do computador deles, nĂŁo havia nenhum dado meu. ApĂłs os recepcionistas consultarem um senhor que estava deitado no sofĂĄ, esse pegou o telefone, ligou para outra pessoa e “confirmou” minha reserva. Ao chegar no quarto, me deparei com instalaçÔes sujas, velhas e cĂŽmodos macabros. Tanto que nĂŁo tinha toalhas de banho, tive que descer na recepção novamente para pegar duas. O ar condicionado nĂŁo funcionava completamente, parece que foi programado para desligar a cada 10min. Por fim, conseguimos dormir. No dia seguinte, Ă s 09h, ouvimos vozes de pessoas no andar (como sĂł falam ĂĄrabe, nĂŁo deu para entender nada) e, para minha surpresa, simplesmente desligaram a energia elĂ©trica do andar inteiro em que estava. NĂŁo sei se por falta de conhecimento de que tinham hĂłspedes ali ou por dolo mesmo. NĂŁo recomendo. PĂ©ssimo.

Je voulais vous demander de me changer l hÎtel parce que le réceptionniste me demande de payer un supplément car il me dit que la chambre que j'ai réservé il y'a pas de toilettes et pas de douche sachant que c'étaient pas signalé au moment de la réservation plus j avais ma mÚre avec mois ùgé de 70 ans. Il. Ma donner une chambre trÚs trÚs sale pas de surviettes pour la douche pas de savon toilette déjà utilisé trÚs trÚs sale j ai fait des vidéos on a passé moi et ma mÚre une nuit de couchmar . Je vous demande le remboursement de cette réservation Cordialement

J'ai dĂ» partager une chambre, la douche et les toilettes avec d'autres personnes... TrĂšs dĂ©cevant pour le prix que je trouve excessif Les draps Ă©taient sales, maculĂ©s de traces de mĂ©gots de cigarettes, chewing-gums collĂ©s sur les murs. Appartements situĂ©s Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d'une discothĂšque, impossible de fermer l'oeil de la nuit. Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait immangeable. A fuir !!!
