This is a good value 3 star hotel. Staff were really nice. I stayed for one night, it was last minute and I was travelling elsewhere the next day. I will not return. The rooms are fine, but there is a very strange smell in the corridor. The vicinity near this hotel at night is very bad. I certainly would not let my wife or child stay here as it is not safe. There were drug addicts and a lot of non nationals hanging around street corners, some are intoxicated and approaching everyone that walks by. Not good. Go elsewhere if youre a tourist, spend the money and be safe.

Let's start off with the positive. The hotel staff are genuine, and very accommodating - they will do their best to ensure finding your way around Paris and using the Metro/RER is a breeze, they are friendly too... My only problem (and the reason this is not 5 star) is unless you're in the beautiful centre of Paris, the further you go from the centre, the dirtier Paris gets, and more dangerous it can start to feel for some... I'm all for experience, this hotel would be worth every penny if external to the hotel was of the same standard as the best parts of Paris...dont let this put you off staying, it is a very convenient location, for first time visitors just be aware and ready to accept the fact Paris has its own charm, along with its less than charming side... Pros: >air conditioning (turn this on w/ sound of sea videos from YouTube to beat the traffic sound as you are right next to the road, I'm a light sleeper and it works a treat), >gym (if you're a gym person, you'll have it to yourself and may have one of your more memorable gym sess's here), >Convient location - can walk to the Louvre in 30 mins, or catch the Metro which is 2 minutes from hotel - shops and supermarket 2mins from hotel (did see a rat in store. This is part of the less charming side of Paris I mentioned above)

This is a very basic hotel that isn’t particularly well maintained or clean. While we enjoyed the location close to the Metro 7 line and the excellent air conditioning the remainder left a lot to be desired. Let’s start with a dirty (stained) bottom sheet on the bed which wasn’t changed even though our room was cleaned. Next the common areas looked thoroughly neglected. The room amenities were okay but could have used a trash can (there was only a super tiny one in the toilet area), a towel rack and some storage for your clothes. The staff was kind and helpful but not always available as I finally figured out how to let myself out of the sliding door in the morning. The breakfast seemed pretty basic and wasn’t out yet most mornings as we left to explore Paris. The rooms were cheap however so I guess you get what you pay for.

Nice hotel

I've never been to France so I was caught off guard by the size of the room. I am 5"5 and weigh 170lbs. The shower was very compact and when I moved around; i kept bumping into the shower handle and the water temperature would change from hot to cold.

Tiny yet mighty

This place was absolutely amazing. It is definitely true what people say about the size of rooms in this hotel (TINY), but you are in the middle of Paris! I personally did not spend much time in the room. Other than the fact that the room was small, it was clean, modern, the air conditioning work, and the location really can't be beat. We fortunately had folding bicycles to get around town, and everything we wanted to see was around a 20 minute ride away. If you want to take the Metro, it is right outside of the hotel. The parking that they offered outside of the hotel was extremely close and affordable. The hotel on paper may only be two or three stars, but they definitely provide a five star experience.

O Alarme de incêndio disparou do nada a noite tivemos que deixar a acomodação correndo e não foi explicado o motivo do disparo, só que estava tudo bem. A cafeteira nespresso do quarto não funcionava, fazia apenas 1 café, quando tentavamos fazer o segundo ela ficava com os botões vermelhos. Hotel com cheiro de mofo, academia com cheiro de remédio de barata. Não repuseram toalhas na academia nem água.

Hotel excelente. Quarto de bom tamanho, limpo com cama confortável. Equipe extremamente gentil e educada. Metrô muito perto, sugiro, em especial, a estação Riquet cuja saida fica na porta do hotel. Viajei eu e meu filho, foi tudo excelente. Embora no quarto não tenha frigobar o hotel disponibiliza microondas e al lado tem um Carrefour City que facilita na hora de economizar com jantar. Não utilizamosmo café da manha do hotel, mas vi e é bem servido e variado. Voltaríamos com certeza.
