The room was comfortable, clean and the little kitchen area was fully functional. It is in a great location, in a big residential area with plenty of local businesses, restaurants and walking distance to Ibirapuera, a huge park. Staff was wonderful, a big shout out to Adriano who helped us have a wonderful time. I will definitely be back!

Luckily I only stayed one night but didn't get any relaxing or sleep. As soon as my alarm clock woke me....i scrambled to get out. It is in a flight path... And when for a split minute without planes, there comes the traffic and street noise. Just horrible.

Terceira vez que fico no local, sempre gostei, quarto é bom, localização também, check-in pode melhorar pois ainda tem que preencher um formulário a mão, poderia ser digital e mais ágil, mas, o que me fará não voltar mais foi que ao realizar o check-out esqueci uma camisa no quarto e ela simplesmente “sumiu”. Uma semana que tento saber sobre e não me dizem nada, é algo muito simples, todo estabelecimento deve ter gestão de segurança / cameras, e também achados e perdidos. Sabem quem limpou o quarto e podem resolver rápido, mas não dão retorno, então se não posso confiar no local onde fico não voltaria infelizmente. Atendimento ruim e estabelecimento não confiavel.
