Thank you for the last minute reservation after our previous host left us standing outside 4 hours after check in at an apartment that had been under repair for days! Comfortable and easy!

Very nice with clubhouse access! We had a very easy stay minus the 10am checkout time. Defiantly should had stayed multiple days as the check in and out are both limiting factors

2/10 Poor

This was a horrific stay at a property that is not even licensed with Scottsdale. This property was extremely filthy and caused medical problems for one of the guests. The vents were caked in dirt, blood was on multiple surfaces, the thermostat did not work, the furniture was broken or extremely worn, and the entire stay was miserable. This host is non-responsive and does not work to solve any issues. Avoid this place at all costs.

Phoenix Open Business Trip

Fantastic except could use a full sized coffee maker or French press. The small coffee pot doesn’t do it.

2/10 Poor

Do NOT stay here. On our first night, we were locked out of our room and spent two exhausting hours dealing with back-and-forth communication with Hideaway Scottsdale. They offered no alternative solution and no real help, leaving us with no choice but to call an emergency locksmith at 1:00 a.m. and pay out of pocket for an issue that was entirely their responsibility. This was not how we planned to start our vacation. Adding to the frustration, the property had bugs everywhere. The lack of support, accountability, and basic hospitality was extremely disappointing. Will NEVER stay here again, but will book with Expedia for the exceptional service.

2/10 Poor

The place is just.. whatever/OK.. Didn’t have a working microwave and asked about it a few times because I was staying there for about 10 days. Always got a “let me get back to you” and never did. Didn’t have enough toilet paper and asked about it as well… never got any help with that. Pretty much the customer service is nonexistent. & if you ever get a bottom unit, the upstairs neighbors are extremely loud. Very disappointed in my stay the entire time.

6/10 Good

4 hour check in.

We drove 5-5 1/2 hours from Las Vegas Nevada only to arrive to what was most definitely the worst check in experience I have ever had. When we arrived to our unit, the lockbox already had the code entered and there was no key fab in it. The front door was unlocked and there were no keys on the desk as check in instructions implied. I called a couple different numbers that were provided in emails for and ended up speaking to the same lady who was not helpful in any manner and her lack of due concern for the situation was far beyond frustrating. I spent 2-3 hours answering her phone calls making zero headway with any type of resolve. She eventually stopped answering my phone calls. I then messaged through Hotels.com saying I was locked out and instantly the maintenance fella Gil called me and tried multiple codes and instructions via telephone call. With no luck there he made his way down to the unit and tried reprogramming, taking the lock apart etc. after about 30 minutes or so we instructed him to go home and come back and try on the morning as it was almost 10:00pm. At this point I was not called back or messaged by the other gal with any change in the status of the situation or even having given any concern for the severity of the situation. Forward to this morning (1/28/2025), I messaged Gil asking when he was going to be able to make it here to give us a master key, he responded immediately with a timeframe to expect to have the problem finally resolved.
