Signage poor. Waited outside, rang bell no answer. Went to a neighbouring business and he showed me the way. Not marked well at all.
Room exceeding tiny. No room to move. Hotel is basically empty and no offer of upgrade!
Fridge empty. No water.
Long stairway up to room. For a 7 night stay it could be more ideal.
Basic accommodation.
A week before arriving I tried to change nights, not cancel simply change - the hotel isn’t busy. The fee to change was the complete hotel booking cost and so double the cost. This is a ridiculous fee.
Location is good in old town. The town is charming.
Paint interior of room walls scratched and damaged.
No plug in close to head of bed for CPAC machine.
No coat hanger in room at all
Two Greek men running hotels = Greed. They only think in terms of money.
They are very basic professional with no warmth or charm. Rather gruff in fact.
Response to anything - directions for example. Harsh!
These father and son are not suited in the least to the service industry.
No room serviced until complaint - exchanged one towel! In 7 nights the room was serviced twice.
I doubt a regular room check has been part of the owners routine, nor that staff was properly trained.
