We had a fantastic stay at the Stitch hotel. This is in a perfect location so you could walk out to the station, enjoy the bustling streets, Nishiki market etc. The staff especially Sumi, went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, research information and make us feel welcomed. The amenities are exactly as described and having the washer in the room was a game changer. Would highly recommend this place to all travelers

We absolutely loved Stitch Hotel Kyoto! The location is perfect and conveniently located with Family Mart downstairs, easy for taxi to stop and load/unload luggages. The room is amazing, very nice modern design and comfortable, got everything we need, has 2 bathroom vanity, and both toilet and shower with separate doors with privacy - not to mention the washer/dryer. Staff are friendly and polite. Will definitely stay here again.

I cannot praise this hotel enough. The room was very spacious, everything very new and in perfect condition, staff always attentive / courteous. Great for couples or groups. Overall it was our favourite stay during our trip to Japan. Location is fantastic, just across the river from Ginza, a block away from Pontocho, and the best connections by bus or trains to anywhere in Kyoto.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It was beautiful, the service was amazing, and it was centrally located in Kyoto. There’s a Family Mart right next door, which is very convenient. The washer/dryer is so great to have in the room. The only drawback is that the beds are too firm.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was ideal. The only thing that prevented me from giving five stars is there was no room freshening service (making beds, freshening towels and emptying trash) because we only stayed two nights. For the price, I would have expected some basic housekeeping.
