We've stayed here a few times in the past and they did not disappoint. It's an older resort and with a little work they could bring it back to earlier glory. The location is still it's finest selling point, across the street from Old Town and its many unique shops and restaurants. They might take a moment to remove the moss from the one basketball hoop, and maybe get rid of the shuffleboard remnants. If unable to give the pond a good cleaning, they could go around and remove the litter in and around it. Maybe put some plants in the empty pots along the street. Lastly, if they no longer plan to have an operable gate, remove it. The pool area was clean. We did enjoy the stay and would go back again. Sure, it's not a five-star resort, but with a little work it could be a four-star.

Slightly older resort, HOWEVER, it was perfect for our two night stay. Parking was easy, the room was clean, it was spacious, and tons of food options and stores nearby. The front desk was very helpful with the late check in process.
