Awkward sachets

The stay was fine. Very friendly staff etc., and very clean rooms. Just a couple of small criticisms though. 1. There was no hand wash for the basin and 2. the bath gel/shampoo was in those awkward to open little packets! 3. No tea or coffee in the room. On another note. Breakfast, for me, was a no go but this is not a critism as it is only what I have come to expect. Good hotel overall though and we would definitely stay again if passing that way in the future.

Solides Hotelzimmer nahe Kathedrale

Das Zimmer war gut. Nichts außergewöhnliches, aber auch nichts auszusetzen. Das Hotel liegt wenige Minuten von der Kathedrale entfernt. Wir waren eigentlich nur zur Durchreise dort, aber haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Ein Rezeptionistin kann sogar Deutsch.

Buen servicio en recepción y cafeteria.

La estancia ha sido satisfactoria. El acceso al hotel era muy fácil aún sin conocer el lugar. Desde el hotel se llega a pie en pocos minutos al centro de Guadix. El personal del hotel es bastante servicial, por ejemplo a la hora de tener que calentar biberones en el bar. Tan sólo echamos en falta poder encender por la noche la calefacción, que a primeros de noviembre aún no funcionaba, aunque ya refrescaba bastante por las tardes.

In Guadix sind Höhlenwohnungen zu besichtigen, aber auch die Altstadt hat viele alte, schöne Gebäude. Diese müssten aber dringend restauriert werden. Auch die Maurische Burg wäre sicher sehenswert, darf aber nicht betreten werden.
