VERY clean room and bathrooms, kitchen, spotless, I was really impressed! Obviously after other people in the other rooms use them, not so clean, but be aware. The location is awesome, walkable to everything in the Eixample neighborhood and not far from the metro/buses. The only ding was the elevator stopped working once and we had to haul our suitcases up a few flight of stairs to get to the apartment. Communication with the host was very easy either on Expedia or on whatsapp. Be aware that a bit before your check-in day, they'll send you a link for you to pay the deposit online. I got the deposit back very quickly after our stay, no problem at all. I'd highly recommend this place

Room and rest of the apartment t; bathrooms and kitchen, were very clean, you have to pay extra for AC to use the washing machine, however we were only there a few days and could use the washing machines in other places we stayed. It’s great for a couple of days and was in a good place too.

**Publicidad engañosa y falta de atención** "Aunque la ubicación es excelente, la experiencia fue muy decepcionante. La publicidad en la aplicación es engañosa: se listan servicios como aire acondicionado y lavadora como incluidos, pero exigen pagos extra (€10 y €15 respectivamente) para usarlos. Respecto al televisor, aunque finalmente lo arreglaron, nunca me notificaron y solo me enteré el último día. Además, la limpieza y los insumos fueron deficientes (baños sin papel y falta de shampoo). Sentí que el único objetivo es cobrar cargos adicionales. No lo recomiendo."
