As I mentioned in the previous comment, Melissa and staff were all there to help you in any way. The hotel is in a great location to do anything around the town. It’s around 20 minutes from Old Quebec and you can find tuns of restaurants and coffee shop around. Hotel it’s more like an Airbnb style but it’s pretty cute and well maintained. Free parking was a good perk.

Exceptional hotel. Melissa at the front desk was the best. She was friendly and professional and was always there to help you. All the other front staff were also fantastic. The room was large and clean. We loved this property so much that we spent twice during 6 nights trip in Quebec City. Both times, great experience all round. The parking is plenty and free. They have some in front and some in the back of the hotel. The location cannot be more perfect. It's an easy walk to Old Quebec City area or any major attractions around the area. It's also easy drive to the famous fall and other places. The Cartier street is literally one minute walk from the hotel. There are nice cafes, one of the best sandwiches we've ever had (Papa sandwich - thanks to Melissa's advice!), bars and shops. The grocery store IGA and Metro are right there, too. So glad we stayed here. It made our trip easy and fun!!!

The room was very clean but a little small. It's hard to tell by the pics how big the rooms will be. But the staff were great and when we needed anything they were there. We had free parking with no issues. We parked the truck when we got there and didn't move until we left. The room had a mini split heat pump, the AC worked great. For us it was a great location. It was a nice little walk to old Quebec, about 30 minutes. Cartier street was close by and had some nice restaurants and shops that were easy to walk to.
