We stayed 2night, it was quiet seaside hotel. All the staff were very kind and welcoming. No facilities in the hotel, just sleep, eat, swimming in the sea, little walk, and cat watching. Breakfast was delicious with simple order and they made best sunny side up egg.

This was our third stay at Hotel Casablanca. Our room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Staff was professional and spoke good English. The hotel is a little tired and could do with some updates and the walls are very thin, but it is a charming building with a lovely location.

Lovely friendly hotel on a great location.

Great friendly small hotel. Staff were very welcoming at reception and for breakfast. Breakfast is made to order so all freshly cooked with a good selection. We picked a room without a sea view and unfortunately the facing hotel had an air conditioning unit outside our bedroom window which was a bit noisy but didn’t really spoilt our stay too much.

Easter birthday in Almuñécar with friends!

A lovely quaint hotel in great location on the seafront with good proximity to bars and restaurants and an impressive viewing area! A lot of restaurants closed for the Easter celebrations! Rooms newly refurbished, comfortable and clean! Staff really helpful and friendly especially the guy on reception! Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment but ate in the restaurant for dinner with plenty choice for all budgets! Worth paying the extra for a Seaview room with balcony, especially when able to watch the Easter parades which went on for hours! Would definitely stay again! The resort is really Spanish and has a lovely atmosphere! Found the resort expensive compared to the likes of Mojacar and Roquetas!

A really lovely old fashioned hotel which was exactly what we wanted a few days of sanity and relaxation. Breakfast basic but adequate didn’t eat in the restaurant but looked fine. Air con in room worked well and a nice furnished balcony overlooking the sea, prime position. Could do with a bit of painting and up dating ( felt like you were on an old black and white film set and think the lift dated from that time. Staff were professional and worked hard although I felt they maybe lacked a little friendliness but that may be how they feel they should be.Its a shame because I felt they weren’t enjoying their jobs? But maybe a cultural difference. On the whole I would recommend this hotel but felt it was very expensive for middle of September.
