Terrible hotel labeled as 3 star

Stayed 4 nights to watch Carnival. Location is good (only good thing for the stay). Hotel conditions are terrible. Labeled as 3 star hotel, but don't think it is better than any 1 or 2 star motels (in terms of US or Europe standard). Bath towels are dirt, suppose to be white but what we see is dirt yellow colors, looks like 20 years old towels even ripped off. Some staff are helpful, some not. I will not come back again.

DONT STAY HERE!!! The room was tweeible, ive stayed in 50$ CAD motel rooms that were far better than this. After checking in, we immediately decided to check out and go somewhere else, AND THEY WOULDNT REIMBURSE US! We argued with the front staff for an hour before leaving, and am still be trying to get my money back!!! Not sure how these rooms / conditions are acceptable, especially being right off of the most touristy area of all of brasil

Room was súper small and outdated. Ac worked ok but I had extreme problem of mosquitos. There was only a bar of soap and no shampoo. I had to get my card magnetized each day. This is tough being in the 12 floor. Internet was extremely terrible also. I tried ordering Ubers to places and would struggle to complete my work.

Very old, many broken thing Aron the room , lots of mould on the walls and on the pillows. My air conditioner did not work at all, it was blowing hot air, and making lots of noise, it was impossible to sleep, the AC was maybe 40 years old, I have pictures of it. The windows didn’t close properly and the room was full of mosquitoes. I asked them to change my room and they refused. I insisted and they changed my room on Tuesday at 8.00 pm few hours before I left . For the whole time I stayed there I didn’t get any sleep. The staff is very rude and they do not speak English, Italian or Spanish at all. They o ly speak their language, and they are not willing to help or trying to understand the customer need. When I checked in they gave me the room already knowing the air conditioning wasn’t working. That machine is 59 years old and there is no way they didn’t know it was not working. I had a terrible experience.

Serviço de quarto ruim, passavam 3 dias pra limpar, nao tinha secador no quarto, o secador tem que ser pego na recepção e so pode ficar uma hora em cada quarto, sendo que eramos 3 pessoas, na recepção só havia um rapaz que atendia bem, os demais muito grossos, toda vez que subiamos pro quarto tínhamos que validar o cartão magnético pois dava erro, café da manhã repetitivo, a única coisa boa é a localização

Não fiquem nesse hotel. Não havia quartos disponíveis, só foram me alocar pouco antes das 18horas quando o check-in começava às 14. Funcionários nada educados, batiam boca com clientes. No dia seguinte saí alguns minutos depois das 12 e tentaram Me cobrar. Nesse dia também fiquei sabendo que pessoas não Conseguiram fazer check in no horário pois faltavam quartos. Instalações caindo aos pedaços, suja, roupas de cama manchadas e não fornecem nem shampoo. Muito ruim mesmo pessoal, evitem!
