8/10 Very good

Nice Hotel which could not be more central, just next to the Kurhaus/Casino and the old theater. There was some noise on the street side at 22.30 , which is just above a restaurant which normally closes at 22.00. The Hotel reception took care of it. Otherwise a good stay. You can eat breakfast at the hotel or in the "Lina" restaurant next to the hotel if you want something smaller than a buffet.

The hotel is beautiful and in a prime location in Baden Baden. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay, and the Christmas market was literally on our doorstep. A must place to stay if you are lucky enough to visit.

8/10 Very good

Lovely spacious room with a very nice balcony and a large bathroom too. Location was good - with nice area surrounding the hotel - with restaurants and casino and spa just around the corner. I was puzzled about the size of the TV, which didn't match the size of the room- felt like an iPad. Also, as I mentioned to the receptionist upon departure, the room wasn't very clean. It may have been a while, since someone else stayed in the room, because there were dust on all panels and lamps, spider webs in the ceiling and hair on the bathroom floor.

8/10 Very good

Great staff, very welcoming, room was awesome and clean, parking was not great as it was a ways offsite- but in a good walkable area. There was a mini fridge. The shower was new and amazing- like standing in a waterfall.

You should follow the driving instructions that the hotel will email to you. Google Maps will take you to the wrong side of the building, on a non-through street. They have a parking spot to unload your luggage, then overnight parking is in a nearby parking garage. The room on the park side was very spacious, with great views and a nice bathroom and shower.
