Appreciated hospitality during our stay. Very comfortable. Assistance from staff was excellent, particularly during response when water wasn't hot. Both repairman and maid on duty were very helpful. Thanks to both.

The location of the property was great. Place was clean and the pool was nice. However, the quality of the place felt cheaply made. The most annoying thing was the hot water issue. We had to run the hot water for 15 min to even get it warm and then it went tepid after only a few minutes. They mentioned it being a possible issue during peak hours, but there’s no reason this should occur at 4:30 in the morning. Unless you like cold showers, I would not recommend staying here.

The property in the surrounding area of the property was pretty cool. I love the fact that you can walk anywhere in Birmingham and have a good time. This place was perfectly located close to the Coca-Cola amphitheater. Definitely would use landing again

Great experience! I was concerned about no body being onsite, with my friend coming in on Friday afternoon. The room wasn’t ready by 5, as it was still being cleaned, but the management team was quick to respond back and the cleaning staff was very thorough and pleasant. Staff checked in several times throughout the weekend. Will do again.

Cheaper than 2 hotel rooms and came with everything youd ever need and then some. Can go downstairs and have Panda Express, Milos burgers and fries, Outback steakhouse, Pizza and Beer, you name it! Publix Grocery store across street- go get anything you want to cook. All pots pans silverware, dishes, etc is there and super updated an clean. It has nicer cookware than i have at home. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, full sized fridge freezer. Most UAB facilities are walkable, and if you drive, parking is free, close to your room(like 30-60 seconds walk), accessible and secure. No shady hotel rooms, no hassel, no noise. If and when i end up needing overnight stays in Downtown Birmingham/UAB area, i will definately be back!

Get in to the property was terrible they gave me like 7 code that did not work and I had to speak to four different people to just try to get in the building and had to download two different app finally got in to the property around 11:30pm and we arrived there at 5pm but once we finally got in the place was very clean the only thing that was wrong was the shower not putting out enough water pressure you had to almost be against the wall to be under the water but other then that it was a wonderful place just did not like the way I had such a hard time getting in and then I had to call four different time to speak to someone and was even late to something that was scheduled for a certain time that i still didn’t get in till 11:30pm
