The location was excellent, right next to the station, and the interior was recently renovated, clean, and nice. I stayed here twice, but the second check-in was very difficult because I didn't receive the check-in link. Communication via WhatsApp was not smooth, and I only managed to get the message across with the help of a local. To make matters worse, the air conditioner was broken. It took four hours to get it 'repaired,' and even then, it still didn't cool the room properly.

No air conditionning as promised, two staircases, up and down, to reach appartment in a basement, no elevator. Opening windows for fresh air gets directly on the sidewalk by the train station with homeless people nearby, reluctant to open window during the night in that context. Entry process complex with two rounds of codes on locks. Very noisy, from inside the building and from the street feets away from our window. Room very small, can’t fit two persons with their suitcases at all. Far from hotel quality and far from the promised « suite ». The door to appartment barely stays in place, unfit with loose handle.

Hotelli oli siisti, raikas ja hyvällä paikalla matkailijaa ajatellen. Sisään pääsyssä oli pieniä ongelmia. Ystävällinen pariskunta päästi meidät ulko-ovesta - summerin soittaminen ei aukaissut ovea. Hotellin käytävään emme myöskään päässeet ilma wa-viestittelyä ja huoneen ovenkahvan pyyhkäisy tuotti satunnaisesti numerovalikon näkyviin. Tai sitten emme vaan osanneet.
