A beautiful old building with modern conveniences. Showing her age in some aspects the overall ambiance and grace helps you overlook that. Lovely staff and a fantastic position to the main street pubs clubs, cafes and restaurants. Will def stay again

6/10 Good

A gracious old lady in need of a makeover but still welcoming and offering glimpses of past formal dining rooms, grand staircases and good sized accommodation rooms. We loved it! Bed was comfortable, bathroom modernized…

8/10 Very good

Rooms were nice bathrooms small though. Great location in town. It was a shame the bar and restaurant were not available as it was a lovely space.

8/10 Very good

The staff were friendly and our room was cleaned well every day. There were bathrobes included for our use which is always a plus. The bed was comfy and we had access to the wide balcony. We did not use the breakfast facility but were disappointed that there was no possibility for sitting in the lounge after 5.30pm as they locked it up.

A wonderful old building that has been tastefully updated. Room on the small side, but more than adequate. Staff very friendly. Great shame the restaurant is closed for dinner but the Broken Hill Pub 90 metres down the road is exceptional for food.

Lovely old style pub accommodation but a few nice touches - good towels and linen. Well stocked mini bar. Bathroom very clean. Accessible balcony but in need of repair Disappointed no bar or evening meal available on site.

Hotel in a great position for looking around Broken Hill. We did not have a car as came by train. Room was comfortable and continental breakfast, at reasonable extra charge, was fine. Staff friendly and helpful.
