Staff are super. Friendly, helpful and make you feel welcomed and special. Room was clean and just right for our needs. Alone breakfast, good variety and plenty of it. The breakfast room is very spacious, clean and has a great relaxing atmosphere. Parking is virtually right outside the main entrance and enough spaces for all. The location of the hotel is brilliant for all the main areas in Billund. So easy walk to Lego house 200m or so, Teddy Bear museum just a little further (metres away) Legoland an easy 20 mins stroll. Super

The staff was super friendly (thanks for helping my husband find his earbuds)! Room was comfortable and it was so great there was a fan because it was hot! Loved the vibe and breakfast was delicious!

The hotel was lovely, very quaint and cozy. Staff were friendly from check in to breakfast and drinks on the patio. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it had variety of cold and hot, and is the same each morning. Staff were constantly refreshing the buffet, so that was nice. We had a quadruple room, which was a bit tight for the 4 of us but ok for a couple of nights. Our room was a little worn as well. There was a fan though for the warmer days.

Loved it here. The staff was very helpful recommending dinner locations for something quick and sit down. The breakfast spread a a good variety. I got to try Greek yogurt and Greek pastries that were so good!! Our room was in excellent condition, toiletries were fancy, ac was great, easy to get to with the elevator. Excellent for the price we paid The only thing i didn’t like was the surrounding buildings had graffiti so it brought the neighborhood down. And there was no laundry machines

Room was clean and decent. Hallways looked like they could use some updating and common room was a little worn. Staff was nice and breakfast was great.

Located very close to everything. It’s a walk to the library where the bus stop is located to get to the Velje train station to/from Copenhagen. The breakfast is delicious with a little of everything including traditional Danish breads and cheeses. There is no elevator. The steep round stairs up and down are dangerous especially if you have luggage and mobility issues.

Very nice small hotel which is very close to everything in town and convenient, lots of little shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It is a very short walk to Lego House and also easily walkable to Legoland. Has a cute store attached. The breakfast food was simple but nice. Coffee options could be a bit better.

Great breakfast and Restaurant, big room, small bed, rather loud because of either air condition or heat pumps in close proximity to the room
