Villa Ketty is just fabulous. We could not believe we were sitting on such a beautiful terrace, in warm sunshine, under trees dripping with ripe lemons, looking out over the gorgeous bay of Naples towards Mount Vesuvius! It felt like a dream. Villa Ketty could not be more welcoming. The rooms are so comfortable, the food is wonderful. We could not have asked for more. Antonio is so obliging, even coming to collect us when we got ourselves a little lost after a walk. Vico Equense is a great base for visiting the Amalfi peninsula and Capri. The train is very convenient, easy to reach Pompeii, Herculanium, Vesuvius, Sorrento and beyond. There are wonderful restaurants in the town where you can eat with views over the bay. We could not recommend it more. TIP: Look for the Curreri Viaggi bus service from Naples airport. It will bring you straight to Vico Equense. For some reason google does not seem to know about it!

Such a beautiful and welcoming family run hotel! You won’t be disappointed with the views, room and especially the breakfast that everyone comments on! They now do dining for the evening if you wish and is displayed on a board daily and we enjoyed the pizza party with live music. My three day stay at Villa Ketty in Sept 2025 was one of the highlights of my trip. A relaxing alternative to busy Sorrento. Great service from Antonio and the entire staff. Beautiful, rambling building and grounds. Picture postcard views of Vico Equense harbor and beach from the spotlessly clean room and of Mt. Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples from the patio. The lavish breakfasts and dinners were the best. The free shuttle or a short, steep but fun walk (without luggage) gets you to town, where you can catch the (very crowded) Circumvesuviana to Sorrento, Pompeii, etc. Great place!
