Absolutely loved this place. Room was perfect. Air con was brilliant (nice and cool and not noisy) safe in room, kettle, coffee machine. In the shower, they provided shampoo and conditioner. Bed was super comfortable. Very clean. Blackout curtains so could get plenty of sleep. No steps needed to get into our room as it was on the ground floor. But what I loved the most, is that they have an area in reception, where you can get clean towels and toilet rolls, coffee and tea bags, ear plugs, etc. They have thought of everything. It was so convenient, just to pick up a towel on the way in. No key required, just using the digi pad code. The location in the old town is perfect. Close to so many bars and restaurants. I have no fault whatsoever with this place. It was perfect.

The hotel is centrally located, a 6 minute walk to the cathedral, 11 minute walk to the Central Market. It is quiet. We booked a basic room and it was on a smaller side but the bathroom was magnificent! Powerful shower! No reception works as long is everything runs smoothly. Probably not so good when things go wrong. The luggage storage facility without any fuff was such a bonus! They have ironing boards in the storage area. Lack of interaction is noticeable within the hotel, but there are plenty of things to do and people to meet outside! I would stay again.

We had a really lovely stay. The location was excellent – everything we wanted to see was within about a 10-minute walk, so we hardly needed to use any public transport. Check-in was quick and easy, and the hotel itself was very comfortable. The only downside was that there was no room cleaning included during our stay. While you can pay an extra €30 for a cleaning service, I feel that for a four-star hotel, basic housekeeping should be included. Alternatively, it would be helpful if guests had access to a vacuum cleaner so they could tidy the room themselves if they wanted to. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel, especially because of its fantastic location.

The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance from most of attractions, shopping, restaurants etc. For me, the only thing I did not like is that everything is on line for a first time tourist it’s convenient to have a front desk clerk to ask for recommendations. It’s always nice to hear a good morning from another human being,,,everything on line takes the human factor away and we missed that a lot…I will not stay at a hotel like this one NEVER again.

I especially liked the location of the hotel, situated in one of the quaint alleys it was a nice surprise when we arrived. The self contained hotel was a bit of a surprise for me but once I figured it out it was great. Valencia is a beautiful city and if anyone is going this hotel is a nice scenic walk from the downtown hub.
