Amazing location with price, breakfast was better than I expected. Building, rooms are also new. Only bad thing was housekeeping they were not changing bed sheets but soon I beleive they can fix it.

COP 29 visit to Baku

Hotel was tricky to find for the taxi driver but the. It was o key a free days old when I got there. Very clean. Room was great, the staff at the hotel were some of the best I’ve seen anywhere in the world. Recommend it

The hotel is very unorganized, understaffed, and the staff seemed unable to adequately assist with our concerns. We booked a family room, but upon arrival, we were given two separate rooms instead. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and, in my opinion, deserve only one star. After two nights, I developed significant back pain. The hot water also ran out after approximately five minutes in the shower, which made it impossible to take a proper shower. The windows are old and provide very little sound insulation, so we could hear significant street noise inside the room, making it difficult to sleep. The curtains were also old and too short to properly cover the windows, allowing outside light into the room throughout the night. Overall, our stay was very uncomfortable, and the hotel did not meet the standards we expected.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for two days, and I highly recommend against staying there. The receptionist's attitude was unfriendly, and the rooms were not clean, were not good, and had a bad smell. Stay away from this hotel.

6 gün konaklama fırsatımız oldu . Bu sürede bizimle çok ilgilendiler. Çok yardımcı oldular. Orada çalışanlara özellikle teşekkür ederim. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilir bir yer. 3 kişilik oda çok ferah ve genişti. Her gün çarşaflarımız değişti ve temiz kokuluydu. Bir eksiğimiz var mu diye her gün soruldu. Ben Gerçkten çok memnun ayrıldım bu otelden.
