We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Suites, our room was recently renovated, modern and clean, the location was convenient being right downtown, and the staff were terrific, courteous, professional and eager to make sure we had great stay.

The location was perfect! About a 5-10min walk to the main beach. Close to multiple shops and food options. The parking was a bit confusing to find at first but once we got there it was good. Room was clean. Loved the balcony.

Great location on the main strip over a good restaurant/ bar. I did find the big lit sign for the Colonial Hotel outside my window flickered through at night. It was bothersome.

We recently arrived home from Coastal Suites Grand Bend where we had a lovely time. Our updated room was a great size complete with a balcony to enjoy in the mornings and evenings before we headed to the beach and when we came back for the night! A big shout out to Jayvin who was wonderful and very accommodating in fact, all of the staff were helpful and always very polite! Coastal Suites Grand Bend is over top of Crabby Joe’s and on the main strip with a five minute walk to the beautiful beach. We walked everywhere. Our car never moved from its parking spot until we checked out.! We would highly recommend Coastal Suites Grand Bend !!!!

Everything was fabulous! No complaints, the room was clean and spacious, shower water nice n hot! Parking great and easy access to to room from the front and back. Also enjoyed the deck. Definitely would return to stay here

The room was amazing and the stay was amazing as well. The only negative feature about the room was that there was a huge Crabby Joe's LED board that stays on all night long outside. However, they have done their best with resolving this issue with lots of retractable blinds that block out most of this lighting. The staff at Crabby Joes were amazing as well and were very helpful when needed.

Arrived around 11am so we could pay for 24 hour parking. We were told parking was 25-30. It was $35. But still cheaper to park there and walk down to the beach. Everything worked great, fridge was a bit beaten up and the sink was broken. They added cream, milk and utensils in the room which was nice. Neighbours were loud and annoying. *this is above crabby joes and we only heard cheering from the patio* which was fine but our neighbours were a group of kids. Staff were friendly.

Whelp - we stayed here when it was brand new 4 years ago. And clearly the standards were not maintained. The ad is misleading as the pictures don’t show an 80 seat restaurant patio - of while when you sit outside on the upstairs deck of the hotel room which is supposed to be a great feature - it’s not when your staring at people eating food. The air conditioning box triggered a loud sound every 30 minutes or so. The curtain had holes it - so you see light in the morning when still sleeping. Almost impossible to lock the front door of the building leaving units exposed. The rate was almost 200 dollars more than it was 4 years ago. Sadly we loved the idea of coming back to the exact same room a 4 years ago - and we won’t be back.

Parking and check in was easy. We are visiting in the off-season. Some shopping and dining options were closed for the winter already, but there was still some nice places open. We had a great time. It's a very walkable area, the hotel was very clean, bright, and comfortable.

Very by old stay. Wish the lights on the crabby joes billboard could turn off after closing. All in all a great stay!
