O chuveiro é excelente, com boa pressão e temperatura agradável. A localização também é ótima, facilitando o acesso a diferentes pontos da cidade. O café da manhã é muito bom, com boa variedade e qualidade. Inclusive, achei superior ao de outras redes mais famosas de Bento Gonçalves. Quanto a limpeza do quarto, não foi limpo satisfatoriamente durante nossa estadia. A roupa de cama estava manchada e os travesseiros bem ruins. Quanto à limpeza do banheiro, deixa muito a desejar . O box em péssimo estado de conservação, muito mofo nos azulejos e a limpeza diária, bastante ruim. A equipe de recepção muito atenciosa e cortês . Café da manhã de ótima qualidade, bastante variedade e atendimento do restaurante excelente.

O cofre não estava funcionando. Cheguei no domingo à noite e não pude tomar um chá porque o restaurante estava fechado e os recepcionistas não tinham nenhum acesso. O café da manhã é bem bom, porém achei absurdo cobrar 25 reais para pedir uma omelete. Os funcionários do restaurante são bons e atenciosos. Os funcionários da recepção são um pouco atrapalhados, mas ok. Achei caro pelo que oferece. Não será minha primeira opção quando precisar me hospedar na cidade novamente.
