Staff was super friendly. A portier met me outside, helped with the luggage. Check in was expecting my arrival, helped with directions to the seashore and gave beach towel in case the waves were mild for a quick dip. They served delicious coffee. Felt really welcomed and comfortable. Restaurant service was excellent.

The hotel sits on the edge of the Black Sea and offers lovely water views. The rooms are spacious and clean, well-appointed. It's tucked in a little wooded area on a hillside. Just lovely. It was much more charming then we expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was so good. We will definitely stay there agian

Most of the staff was efficient and helpful. There is no soundproofing for the rooms or anywhere. You can hear everything. From the lobby, elevator and your neighbors conversation. They charge in Euro for some reason not lira. They think they get more $$$. Not actually. Ordering food was interesting. QR code menu but doesn't fully work. Check out was a nightmare. The young Man couldn't clarify my full bill. Found out they don't take American express. Had to pay cash. He had difficulty making change. Airport transfer isn't luxury. It's a black Ford van. Buckle up and hang on. They want cash for airport transfers. 20 minute transfer that is not a smooth ride. Drivers were nice. Me personally will not stay again. It has potential. But it's location is not convenient and it's not a quiet establishment. 👎👎👎👎

Wonderful stay! Rooms are efficient yet still very comfortable. The view of the Black Sea is nice. The staff are amazing. I just needed a place to stay near the airport and this looked like a great change in the usual airport hotel. The traditional Turkish breakfast was a great surprise from the usual breakfast for travelers. The rate was extremely affordable and made financial room for a rental vehicle. Uber or taxi would have been fine too. The hotel does offer coordinating airport shuttle for an additional nominal fee too. Did I mention the amazing staff?!?! You can walk down to the sea in 15 minutes or less. This is more than just an airport hotel, it is a vacation spot.

My friend and I stayed here prior to our flight. It was a lovely experience - very useful information provided via whatsapp, smooth check in, friendly and diligent staff, late check out, strong wifi, extremely lovely hotel rooms and interior. Everything was designed and provided thoughtfully. It was also lovely to see a hotel with no alcohol for those looking for full halal venue. Even my request to put turkish music rather than english was actioned quickly. My only recommendation is to offer more turkish items on the menu but the breakfast i did have was lovely (rather than european or english). Highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a venue closer to airport.

Luxury by the Black Sea.

We had a great stay at villa business. Being by the Black Sea was such a great way to finish our 1 month trip of Turkey. The room was very large, modern, clean and everything was new. Very comfortable king size bed with bath and sea view. The staff were so friendly and helpful in every way. The Turkish breakfast was amazing and we even had a complimentary fruit platter and tea on arrival. A great experience and highly recommended.

Receptionist was exceptional, helping organize pickup and drop off from/to the airport, personally showing us to our room and pointing out all room features, brought up our cases and tea and coffee on arrival. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Dinner and breakfast was very good and timely. Being a small boutique hotel and towards the end of the season, the receptionist also doubled up as our waiter in the restaurant. She was so sweet and friendly and made our stay exceptional. We had a great view of the town and the Black Sea. A short walk down to the beach.

This is a very nice facility I had a very long layover at the Istanbul airport and just wanted to take a relaxing bath and rejuvenate. The Turkish Business is great for getting fabulous food, mineral water, drinks, coffe ;but peace and quiet. Forget about it. The check in was supremely quick and the customer service was 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️as well as the bed, view and attention to detail and comfort. I plan to come back with my husband and family. It’s located in a small town overlooking the sea. The balcony was wonderful with an amazing view and comfy blankets. Sipping on my cappuccino and winding down was totally worth the 30 minute drive from the airport. It reminds of a beaThey arranged for transport from their facility back to the airport at a small cost. Also, because I had to leave before breakfast, they were ind enough to send me on my way with a nicely prepared box breakfast sandwiches. What hotel chain cares enough to go out of their way to support us on our travels?! This stylish Villa business was a much needed stop. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and speedy check in (WOW) and the speedy check out. Both were excellent.
