The hotel and room was modern, clean and comfortable, with great and helpful staff. Great location on the beach, away from the noisy crowds. My main ping is about architecture but only because I sometimes like the aircon off ... the only way to let fresh air in is through the sliding glass door, no windows, so the choice is aircon+locked door, or breeze+ unlocked and open door. Perhaps I especially thought about the aircon and alternate options because both nights I was there power went out briefly on that part of the island.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful, including calling a golf cart rental company and having the cart delivered to the hotel. The location was excellent as it was an easy walk to the main area of shops and restaurants, but far enough to be away from the noise. We had a beach front room with a beautiful view. Will definitely stay there again if we visit again.

The room was a good size and very clean. The staff was amazing. Very helpful each time I asked a question. The pool was so refreshing on a hot day. It was nice to be away from the hustle of the main area but close enough to enjoy everything. The bikes were lovely to take a nice ride around the island. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit.

Our stay at Ashton Court was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel comfortable throughout our visit. Everything was spotless, and it was clear that great care is taken to keep the property in excellent condition. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. Their hospitality and willingness to help with anything we needed made our trip even more enjoyable. We also loved how quiet and peaceful the property was. It provided the perfect escape from the Lobster Fest festivities and the pool felt like the perfect oasis when the beach was covered in sargassum this time of year. They also have a bar and a restaurant that serves an amazing breakfast! We highly recommend Ashton Court to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay with outstanding service. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Caye Caulker!

Superb location. Staff were so helpful. Room was excellent, huge bed with lovely linen. Large bathroom with nice towels and separate beach towels. We used the bikes at the hotel - staff were very helpful when using them. I’m not sure the photos do the hotel justice - it’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location.

Really impressed by Ashton Court Belize: super well located, clean, own pier (perfect for your morning plunge), good breakfast and the staff that makes everything easy for you. We had the best 4 night stay. The staff was great. The hotel was clean and safe, beds very comfy. The dock and beach area were very inviting. There are several bars and restaurants close by but not so close that you could hear them. The breakfast menu had lots of options and the cook fantastic. The heart of Caye Caulker was a short walk. This hotel offered everything in a quiet area of town. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Ashton Court over Spring Break was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom condominium that faced the water. Had a balcony with beautiful views, condo was updated and very nice. Nice pool and bar that we used on the days we weren't at the beach or on the water. The staff was excellent, always available, made all our dinner reservations, security guard onsite all night and the owner, Ken, was there the entire week we were. He was a pleasure to talk to and made our stay fantastic, he was very accommodating to all our asks and needs. I highly recommend Ashton Court to anyone considering the beautiful island of Caye Caulker!

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed, walk in closet and beautiful bathroom in a quiet location close to centre of town, managed by very friendly staff. The property's design was puzzling, however, very much "form over function", leaving us offput by the austere (icy, actually) lack of colour. Even minimalist styling can use a few pieces of art or pops of colour to add life. There is no private balcony for enjoying the lovely view and insufficient chairs for the shared balcony, creating some tension between neighbours. Drapes were difficult to open and close, making it difficult to enjoy the view when we thought our neighbours might not walk by our large windows, and then close them again for privacy. If having a view or natural light isn't important to you, rent a cheaper garden view room and enjoy the pretty private beach with private pier in front of the property.

Amazing place to stay. Easy walk to any food, drinks and activities. Not loud at night time which is very nice. One of our favourite parts of the property was the dock, spent many days fishing and swimming. We saw sting rays and nurse sharks swim right under us! Amazing island! All of the staff was amazing, personable, and kind! Was also neat to have bikes provided to us by the hotel to cruise around the island! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone! Also… we had daily room cleaning which was super great after a long hot day!
