The hotel was clean and nice, the staff helpful and supportive, and the room big and with all required amenities. It is located quite close to the main train station therefore well situated. The points to consider from my point of view of view for some travellers: - The room lacked a desk to work (maybe they have other rooms with desk, but didn’t check) - the breakfast was very limited and does not offer hot dishes, something surprising for a breakfast buffet. - the breakfast are is quite small for the hotel’s size, therefore even during the declared low demand times, it was crowded and it may cause waiting times.

Modern hotel with a nice lounge area. Cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel. Only negatives are that it's next to a railway and it's slightly out of the main areas of Berlin. However, it's only a 15 minute walk to the nearest train station and Berlin has a great transportation system. Staff were helpful, however it would be nice to have someone behind the bar to get a drink. It seemed like they were short staffed at times.

Great hotel , Central Location

This hotel is well located for the station and central Berlin. Easy to get around. Hotel itself is basic , no frills room. Only drawback is description states a King Bed, Reality is two singles side by side with two singe duvets which i"m not a fan off. Nice hotel bar which is 24 hours which is a plus. Would defiantly stay here again though.

Nice hotel, Nice Room, Gluten Free bread.

I chose this hotel because it was walking distance to the Brandenburg gate and I had limited time. I enjoyed my stay, and would stay again. I had not pre-booked the breakfast, because being gluten free means breakfast isn't always worth having, however after talking to the reception staff, I decided to give it a go and enjoyed it very much. I appreciated the warm gluten free bagettes I was given. Lots of options. The only thing that would be helpful is adding allergy notices, so I knew which of the meats etc contained gluten. The location is close to the Tier Garten, a massive park in Berlin and great to walk in.

Arrived a little early (30 minutes) and was still able to go into my room. Impeccable, clean neat and no difference between the lovely pictures and the room or lobby. Sound proofing on the windows is excellent, completely blocks regular noises from engines and tires. Sirens are muffled on the rare occasion an emergency vehicle goes by.

Room was very basic and you need to be aware it's right next to the train line which runs through the night. Breakfast is basic too, and very busy between 7.30 and 9. I booked this one by mistake thinking it was the one near the hauptbanhoff, but there is another motel one there (which is nicer!)
