8/10 Very good

Just a few minutes from Sendai Station. The room was spacious, and even with a suitcase open, there was still plenty of room. The hotel is very satisfying, with high-quality public baths and breakfast.

In general is good, but the room and the bed is a bit small for 2 ppl Quite like the bathhouse provides ice lolly And the location is super good! A few step to reach Sendai station

Very well located close to the central station and nice personnel. A little sad that the onsen does not accept tattoos for their guests. It shall also be noted that there is a coin laundry but no detergent available, so come prepared, as the Familymart or Lawson nearby don't sell any either.

10/10 Exceptional

Good location with good foods and services. The staffs are nice and help us to communicate with the taxi company for the reservation. It's convenient to go to the main shopping area and restaurant from the hotel. It would be the top choice to stay in Sendai.

Wonderful helpful staff. I just planned to stay for the night because it made changing over to Tokyo after spending a day at the Zho fox museum but it makes me plan a return trip with friends.

Good location next to the station. Smooth check-in and staff were polite. The hotel has a bath that was nice. Wifi was ok but likely throttled, since it was slow at times. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

You definitely get what you pay for. Sadly you couldn't totally turn off the heat, and the room dried out. There were loud people in the hallways and I ended up only getting about 3 hours of sleep total. The room was clean and the amenities were fine. Bathroom was above standard for similar business hotels.

8/10 Very good

A comfortable hotel for a few nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Room small, as per Japan standards. Sufficient amenities in room. Drinks and small goods like razors, hairbrush etc available down stairs, near reception. Direct access to shopping centre Parco etc via walk way. Close to rail station. Remain on walkway and travel past or through shopping centres. At end of walk way turn right and walk to entry door. Depending on time of day there is direct entry to the reception from the walk way. Otherwise you need to take the life to ground level and enter from another set of lifts.
