The hotel is about 500 years old and the upstairs rooms were very nicely renovated and comfortable. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful to everyone in our group of 6 adults. We had a very good breakfast on the lovely second floor patio area. The hotel is within walking distance to the Sacred Fish Pond. The overall ambience of this historical hotel offered us a pleasurable and unique experience that we will treasure.

Orpheus is a tastefully renovated boutique hotel of a church school from the 13th century. It is located in the historical Old City of Urfa and it is within walking distance of the local antiquities and museums. The hotel is well appointed and has comfortable rooms. There are various dining options and local shopping available nearby. It does come with parking - a rarity in that part of Urfa. A typical Turkish breakfast of local cheeses, preserves, eggs, and fruits is served in the mornings. The staff is attentive and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Muslum Bey, who provided us with recommendations for dining and sightseeing. We highly recommend Orpheus Hotel for an unforgettable stay in a historic building.

1 günlük Şanlıurfa gezimiz için Orpheus oteli tercih ettik. Balıklıgöle, çarşıya vs yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin kendi otoparkı var, park sorunu yaşamıyorsunuz. Gayet temiz bir oteldi. Çalışanlar son derece ilgiliydi. Hem otele girişte hem çıkışta valizlerimiz taşındı. Gayet güzel karşılandık. Kahvaltısı da güzel ve doyurucuydu. Hem taş konakta kalmak istiyor hem de afaki fiyatlar ödemek istemiyorsanız kesinlikle tercih edebilirsiniz. Biz yine gelsek yine burada kalırız.

Balıklıgöle çok yakın butik bir otel. Eski bir Urfa mahallesinden bulunuyor. Otantik mimari ve eşyalar size tarihi bir yerde konaklama hissini kesinlikle yaşatıyor. Temizlik ve kahvaltı yeterliydi .
