Um estabelecimento mediano, sem muita coisa, café da manhã mais ou menos, pessoalmente tive experiências desagradáveis, como frutas servidas com a casca mofada, pratos sujos de gordura, atendimento de ruim a mediano. Recepção, até que não foi ruim, estacionamento não é coberto, e a "academi" tem uma esteira, uma bike e uns halteres. O bairro é mais afastado do centro.
