Great hotel for our one night stay. Bed was a bit on the hard side but that’s a personal preference thing and no way impacted on our stay. The room was clean and the AC was great. Sound proofing to the busy street outside was perfect. Staff were friendly and allowed us to drop our bags off early before check-in. These were already in our room when we went back later to check-in

Air conditioning took a little while to adjust, but kept the room lovely and chilled throughout the whole night. Great power shower and secondary glazing to keep out the noise from the road. Access to a great variety of sky packages. Didn't test the wifi as used personal hotspot instead.

The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and decent view of central London. The staff were incredibly hospitable and we felt right at home. The rooms are tight for space if you need to open more than one luggage, we stayed one night but wished we booked here sooner, because the location is also perfect. Nice large room on the ground floor. Although right on the road there was no road noice. There was noice from above and unfortunately this was late in the night and early morning which disturbed us. Staff were helpful. The only negative was the black mould in the shower otherwise room was clean.
