Every evening, returning to our room to find chocolates and dates was another beautiful touch that showed such attention to detail. Very disappointing….

Hotel feels tired particularly some of the bedrooms and the gym. The WiFi was very poor and the check in staff were unbelievably slow…they created queues from nothing….the a/c was malfunctioning such that the bedroom was freezing no matter what temperature you set the a/c to!
