Surprisingly good!

I was really surprised how good this was, given the two star look of the outside. Staff were helpful, the interior is really decent, room really good, totally clean, location excellent! I just didn’t like the metal piece of the garage door handle on the interior side of the doors, scratching the rental car, and didn’t love having a weird up, along, and downstairs aproach from my room to the lobby and reception. I would stay again. I was happy here.

Modern small hotel with comfortable beds, very clean, cheery and helpful staff, and a nice breakfast in the mornings. Well situated across from a lovely, busy but quiet beach and short walk to old town Antibes. Just delightful. Will definitely return!

Great hotel in Antibes

We had great rooms on with a balcony overlooking the beach. The hotel is 2 floors, the rooms upstairs have the balcony. Its nice to sit outside in the morning and late afternoon. Location is really great, walking distance to Juan Les Pins, old town of Antibles and lots of restaurants. The beach is across the street. Its a small hotel, nice lobby and helpful staff

It had uncomfortable bedding and our room smelled a bit musty. The shower water turned to scalding level if someone flushed a toilet while you were showering. One time we entered the front door to the lobby and the guy behind the desk simply got up and walked into another area rather than greet us. I think the 9.2 rating on Expedia is too high for this place. It did have a nice view of the ocean from our balcony and the woman who checked us in was lovely.

Lovely stay at this hotel. We had a superior room with a sea view and were not disappointed. Clean, perfect location and the staff were outstanding with smiles, very willing to help and were perfect hosts. Breakfast was a wonderful selection of fresh foods and all presented by great staff in a lovely dining room looking at the sea. Excellent location on the beach and only a short walk from everything you would ever need. Highly recommended and we can't wait to visit again! xXx

Vi hadde ett veldig kjekt opphold på Hotel Josse. Betjeningen var utrolig hyggelig og behjelpelig. Frokosten var perfekt. Fransk sjarm. Beliggenheten var perfekt for oss. Rett ved stranden og kun en spasertur fra gamlebyen. Her vil vi bo igjen hvis vi skal tilbake til Antibes.

Nice hotel for the price. Convenient- very close to the beach. Rooms are large by French standards. However, place feels a bit tired or rather dated, even though it is well kept. The musty smell( common in older buildings ) really bothered me. Stuff was very friendly and accommodating. Had a good stay overall.
