Everything was clean and tidy and we found it a very comfortable place to stay while at Dunedin. Location is great as it’s close to major shopping stores. Found the owners very friendly and had plenty of knowledge of the area and some helpful tips on places to see and areas to eat. Definitely stay at the Beach Lodge Motel again. Cheers for everything
