Helpful staff. Clean rooms with a wonderful shower. Good location. Easy self check in. A nice little fridge.

We've stayed here a few times before. It is a nice property with a convenient location (especially if you have a hire car). The rooms are a good size, they are new and comfortable. They provide lots of coffee as well as tea which is great. However, we found the pillows to be a bit uncomfortable this time - they must be getting old! The only negative that I can mention is the check in process. They never let you check in early even if the room is ready. We arrived 20 minutes before check in time, messaged and asked if we could check in and watched the cleaner clean another room the entire time (so we know the room was ready when we arrived) and they still didn't send us the codes until just before 2pm. We've had similar experiences when we stayed there before as well.

Excellent hotel. Safe & quiet. Needs tissue box. Needs exhaust fan for bathroom rather than just the window. Perfume in the room is too strong and not needed. Fix the reading light by glass door. Disposable slippers needed as bathroom floor gets very wet and room floor is cold. Bottled water in the room should be provided.

Quite a loud area, not sound proof. No Check In/Reception, hard to communicate with property.
