Good location near Rionegro airport and Llanogrande area. The friendly service provided by the receptionist and the well-equipped villa we stayed in are worth mentioning. It has a good supply of kitchenware and a laundry room. However, we did not have a comfortable stay, as the shower drain in the bathroom was clogged with hair, and although they promised to unclog it, they did not, and I had to do it myself after the bathroom and part of the room were flooded. I used the washing machine and it also had a water leak that flooded the laundry room. The bathroom smelled bad because of the drain, as the smell of sewage came back up and permeated the entire room. The Wi-Fi was very poor, and the signal did not allow for a good internet connection. The hotel managers definitely need to make adjustments and perform maintenance, or they will lose their customers. I appreciate that the manager offered us a courtesy for the inconveniences we had, but I still have to leave my opinion since I did not receive a good price-to-comfort ratio.

Beautiful area!! Exquisite property. No closets or drawers, construction noise, no remote to go in and out of gate, on demand system is not vented,so carbon monoxide leaks under the laundry room door when hot water is utilized. No taxi or uber will pick you up at the address. We tried numerous times over a week stay. Attentive host.

Overall this place is amazing especially if you want to stay near the airport only 4 minutes away. I didn’t do my research enough because I would’ve stay in Medellin. The average taxi or uber from this location is about $30000-$50000 pesos. The place was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff were amazing and helpful. The only part I didn’t like was asking for permission via what’s app to enter and leave the property. On the side the staff was available 24/7 to do so in a timely manner.
