Mid-town Location - Excellent Choice

Hotel was clean and very nice common areas. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast offered many options and was very well maintained. Hotel was eco-friendly which was very nice. Service was excellent! Highly recommend.

Great location

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Only down fall was figuring out where to park/ valet. Then i was told it was $35, with fees and everything, it ended up costing almost $60 for valet parking.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Nashville and had a very good experience. The place was clean and well-kept. The room was nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, and a large TV. The fitness room was well-equipped, and the breakfast offered was decent and satisfying. One thing I noticed, though, is that the breakfast could be improved by replacing the plastic cutlery with something more environmentally friendly. The only other downside was that the pool area was mostly in the shade, which made it less enjoyable. However, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive impression. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel to others visiting Nashville.

The front desk representative was weird, she had this vacant stare and seemed lost. She did not explain the parking facilities available around the hotel. Made me feel unwelcome. The valet parking itself was an excellent service. All the parking attendants were super helpful and efficient. This made the stay very enjoyable.

Front desk manager was very welcoming, helpful, and nice. Bathroom/ shower could’ve been better. There was no body wash left in the container and the shower didn’t look like it was throughly cleaned. I always bring my own body wash, sprayed down the shower with bleach myself and I use shower shoes so it was manageable. The heated pool was warm not heated enough for the outside weather to enjoy it imo. Complementary breakfast was good, nice variety of options. Overall I’d stay here again when coming back to visit Nashville.

Probably some of the best staff I’ve encountered in a while, very kind and helpful, definitely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The late check out was a saver as we had a late concert the night before. This is a brand new hotel, clean and comfortable beds. Rooms were quiet, well insulated from noise and with black out curtains. Nice neighborhood as it is one street over from the University. Many restaurants and businesses within walking distance. Located 2 miles from down town made it very convenient to travel, and kept ride share prices really low. As others pointed out, the parking situation if you have a car os not ideal, and at times the intersection becomes very congested as you are been dropped off.

The hotel is a newer hotel and overall the property is nice and the rooms were nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only issues that we had was the pool was closed for a day or two. Also, in our room, we were not able to stream from our phones or sign into any of the apps on the TV because they said that the Wi-Fi wasn’t connected to the TV for streaming yet. And our biggest issue was housekeeping we never received consistent housekeeping, and we always had to call for towels and toiletries. And our garbage was overflowing. We stayed there for five nights, so we expected to have housekeeping every day, but that was not the case.

Very little parking, was assigned an occupied room

Checked in just before 11pm on a Wednesday night. We were assigned a room on the 5th floor. Upon arriving at the room and opening the door, we were shocked to find bags and suitcases on the bed, indicating the room already belonged to someone else. Thankfully, they were not in the room. When we went back down to the lobby, the lady working the front desk seemed confused and said the room wasn't assigned. She gave a different room and that room was fine. Upon speaking with the manager in the morning, he told me that the room did indeed show occupied, and he wasn't sure why she gave us that room. He was sympathetic and did a good job of rectifying the situation, but if someone was in the room it could have been a very dangerous situation. My second gripe with this hotel is the extreme lack of parking. They have two very small garages, that are not gated or patrolled, so anyone can come and park there. Even if it was gated, I doubt there's enough parking to cover the 8 floors of rooms that they have. And if you have a large SUV or pickup truck, good luck navigating the garages, they are extremely tight. Our last night there, I had to park at the hospital garage a half mile down the street and walk back. I didn't see any signs saying I couldn't park there, but I didn't feel comfortable leaving my truck there. Not an ideal situation when you're spending a lot of money on a hotel. The hotel is brand new, so the rooms are fine and its clean.

Would Stay Again

Front desk was very friendly. Let us leave our bags while we waited for our check-in time later in the day for a small fee. Room was clean with plenty of plugs, wi-fi, and comfortable beds. Our breakfast was good. There were choices for most, if not all, diets.

Gem of a Spot' Avoid 2nd Floor

Great location and wonderful facility. Clean. Convenient. Loved the wine in the lobby. Modern amenities. I was on the 2nd floor which opens to the lobby area. Skip that -- you could hear a lot of noise. Not bad, just ask for a different floor.

We attended a concert at Exit/in which is just across the street which was vet convenient. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is very new. There is free coffee, hot cocoa, and tea at all times in the lobby. Beds were very comfortable!
