Beautiful and charming hotel in the perfect Zermatt location. Nice view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Everything in town was walkable (though they sent a free shuttle to pick us up from the train station when we first arrived). We loved the pool and spa and they even made our dog feel at home. A romantic, traditional Swiss Chalet feel to the hotel with a wonderful staff. If you want a view of the Matterhorn make sure you request it when booking. Even without it, step outside to and have a coffee or meal at the Old Zermatt across the street and you have the best view of the mountain when she is out! There are two restaurants in the hotel and both of them are excellent with friendly and professional staff!
