My daughter and I loved this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large, tidy and well set up rooms and great food. Nice and quiet being a bit out of town which we really enjoyed also. Can't wait to head back.

Only stayed overnight in transit but wish we had more time. Great pool etc but the bed was the most amazing thing!! Close to airport and the staff were so helpful and friendly . Want to go back

Room was large and comfortable but lacked basics like easy telephone access to main reception, times of checkout, etc. Breakfast selection was poor - only cornflakes for the cereal and no fresh fruit platter. Considering the daily rate, it would be nice if they offered free shuttles to/from airport and ferry.

Amazing place. Really close to airport and ferry. On a pretty beach and great pool area. Breakfast buffet had huge range. When had small issue aircon fixed really quickly.

The staff were very attentive, the room was comfortable and well stocked with essentials. ( just missing milk that was supplied quickly) The swimming pools were clean and inviting and the grounds, beach and view beautiful. We will stay again as we often travel to Savaii and this is a wonderful location.

Great position and beach swimming. Breakfast was very typical of the islands and I wish their were more varieties on fruit available as well as some more traditional Samoan foods to try on the evening menu. Loved how the resort was designed and the huge pool area. Very much a wonderful relaxing holiday.

Everything was GREAT with the exception of the spa location…Spa location was waaaay tooo far, it needs a golf cart to transport the visitors and honestly was kinda scary and creepy.

Generell und wenn man das mit anderen Unterkunft in Samoa vergleicht, sicherlich sehr gut. Ich hätte mir beim Frühstück zum Beispiel mehr Obst und Gemüse gewünscht. Es war vor allem warmes Essen so wie beim Mittagessen Sachen vorhanden. Es gab im Gartenbereich immer wieder Müll zu finden da hätte ich mir auch mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht. Das Personal war sehr Freund

The location is special and Samoa has real charm, people are genuine and friendly. Service is a little haphazard and food is not top end. Would I recommend to anyone to stay here? for the location yes 100%, and hopefully other wrinkles get ironed out in time. This has the potential to be a really great destination but it’s got a little distance to go.

Highly recommend Samoa Beach Resort. Such a lovely stay. Room was clean and spacious and comfortable. I love the buffet breakfast each morning. The restaurant menu and cocktails is reasonably priced great selections of food and lovely cocktails..blue lagoon was my favourite :) The resort has an ATM which was lovely. Attended a weaving activities on the day..made a bangle, bookmark using bandannas plant. Great gym and clean bathroom. Lovely big pool and a swim up bar, and beautiful white sandy beaches. I love that they offer fresh cold coconut to drink on arrival at reception! A bit more training on customer service otherwise the friendly smile and warm welcoming was lovely. The resort had everything and didn’t have to drive into town that was 50mins away. Will stay again - Thank you
