The hotel is very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and on time. The hotel is located in Kaleici, which can be a bit noisy at night, so it’s something to keep in mind. Apart from that, everything was perfect, and I had a wonderful stay. Book this hotel you won't be disappointed

Spotless new boutique hotel in a prime location of Kaleici (The old town) I found the host Metin very friendly and could nt do enough to make my stay more comfortable. The rooms are spotless, everything is brand new, the beds are really comfortable and they provide nice bedding. Nice hot shower with nice Turkish shower gel, hand washes and shampoo and conditioner provided. Tea and coffee provided in the room, everything is modern including the air con unit. I would nt hesitate to stay there again.

Unlikely the stay was not as expected. There is a disco in front of the hotel, from 10 to 4 was crazy. We were informed that the hotel is in the old town and so a “bit noisy”, but not that there is a disco! We stay 5 days they never, never changed towels or sheets. They never emptied the bins… 5 days! In the description is written every 2 days. No toilette paper, no support… To communicate with them I had to leave a written message. Sad to say because ithe position is nice.

Overall: The location is very convenient, right in the old city. However, as other reviews mentioned, it can be quite loud at night. Personally, I had no problem sleeping, but light sleepers may find it challenging. Room amenities: The facilities in the room are not well maintained. The TV didn’t work, the handle of the kettle was broken and not properly cleaned, and the towels, while clean, had visible holes. Since I only used the room for sleeping, I didn’t request replacements, but these details may matter to other guests. Service: The restaurant staff were very friendly and hospitable, which I highly appreciated. On the other hand, the reception was not very welcoming and often unattended. On my first day, I had to rely on the friendly shop owner across the street to call someone from the hotel to help me check in. Conclusion: Great location and warm service from restaurant staff, but it would be better if the hotel management improve room maintenance and reception availability

Das zimmer ist eigentlich sehr schön. Vor allem der tolle Balkon. Leider hat das warme Wasser nicht funktioniert und das wurde auch erst ne Ankunft mitgeteilt obwohl wir vorher Kontakt hatten. Es wurde auch nicht wie versprochen am nächsten Tag repariert. Nach einiger Diskussion bekamen wir das Geld für die 2. Nacht zurück und sind umgezogen. Generell ein nettes Hotel. Super Lage. Leider sehr laut wie überall in der Altstadt

Kaleiçide tam merkeze yakın olmasa da ara sokaklarda bir yerde bulunan bu otelin hemen karşısında bir bar var bu bar gece beşe kadar bas sesinin yüksek olduğu müzikler açıyor binanın hemen yanında bir boşluk var burada çöp kovaları var ve bu boşlukta insanlar vakit geçirip çöp kovalarına cam şişelerini atıyor sabah beşe kadar binanızın her yerinde insan sesleri araba sesleri müzik sesleri uyumak imkansız gece boyunca üç kez polis gelmesine rağmen müzik sesi kapatılmadı gece beşte müzik sesi kapatıldıktan sonra mekan bu sefer temizlik yaptığı için çöp kovalarına attıkları eşyalarının sesi yüzünden uyuyamadik daha sonra sabah aynı mekana sevkiyat yapan kamyonların sesinden uyuyamadik çöp arabasının sesinden uyuyamadik bu bölgede tam üç tane otel var üçü de bu mekandan muzdarip ya mekana ruhsat vermeyeceksin ya otele ruhsat vermeyeceksin ertesi gün gecemizi yakıp başka bir otelde konaklamaya gittik. Durum çok vahim oysa bina çok güzel tasarımı çok güzel temiz bir konaktı. Gece 12’de geldik resepsiyonda kimse yoktu çıkarken de resepsiyonda kimse yoktu anahtarı bilgisayarın yanına bırakmak durumunda kaldık tuvalette sabun yok dedik sabunsuz bir şekilde bizi odaya gönderdiler doldurulmadı şampuanla idare ettik kale içinde kaldığım konaklamaydı.
