After flying in from another country I arrived only to be left out in the cold at 1 AM with no way to enter the property because I had received no access code. I received no information about a deposit until I was already on my way, despite having checked in days in advance. However the link was a nonexistent url. After finding another way to access it, every payment attempt was an error despite it going through w my bank.
Reaching out to them was impossible—no one answered the phone and there was no way to leave a voice message and my messages directly to them through Expedia were responded with a technical error try again message. I felt desperate and stranded in a foreign country with nowhere to go. My taxi driver had to called over a dozen hotels in French to find me a place to stay at that hour, and they were fully booked. I ended up in a seedy place that did not feel safe at all and paid the taxi triple for spending an hour helping me.
I only heard back from them after Expedia intervened, mid day next day, and by that point, it was far too late as I was checked in elsewhere.
The person claims to manage 3,000 rentals, yet their customer service was nonexistent. I’m stuck paying for both their rental and another hotel for 4 nights bc they refuse to issue a refund. No one deserves to spend their vacation stranded and in the cold, waiting for help that never comes. This company clearly does not care about its customers. Please, save yourself the trouble and do not book
