10/10 stay! The location is incredible, you can walk everywhere and the subway is close by. The staff is so helpful and kind. Espresso machine makes amazing coffee!! Only complaint is there were no chairs or table on our balcony so we couldn't sit outside. Otherwise, amazing stay. Would definitely come back :)

This proved to be a great choice. Large, airy and immaculately clean room with large modern bathroom. The property is situated very conveniently near Via Toledo with a 5 min walk t the metro and only 20 mins to Centro Storico on foot. Great cafes literally at the front door for breaakfast with excellent coffee supplied in the rooms. Felt very private yet secure - never actually saw the staff but no need - everything taken care of and very straightforward online check in and access to the property

Overall a great place. Comfortable, very clean and top location. Room was well appointed and serviced daily. Water and deposit safe in room, coffee (excellent btw) in common area. Mattia organised transfer to airport at a very decent price very early in the morning. Well done.

The property is very new and very clean. It’s just as pictured. Self check in is very easy and it was quite convenient since we arrived a little bit early and since it was already clean luckily we were able to get in right away. Host is super friendly and helpful. It’s located at a very safe zone compared to the rest of Napoli. Just walking out of the property there’s a taxi station and a mayor brand hotel so the area from there to the Via Toledo and to the Port are both nice.

Was hard to find the room as it is in an apartment building. There were no instructions sent to me before the trip on how to find it from the street nor how to get in. Had to call the property owner to figure it all out. Other than that the room is top notch, clean, new and very modern. Great shower. Lots of channels on the tv.

The B&B is centrally located near the pedestrian shopping street via Toledo. The room was modern and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They let us check in early and we could store our luggage after we left. We had some difficulty finding the address, but the staff were also helpful and responsive. The only downside is that the elevator up to the B&B costs money to use during the day. Since the B&B is on the 5th floor, there is really no alternative.

La propiedad tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía, cerca del centro, del puerto, accesible al trasporte público. Me pareció muy segura la zona y el departamento. Muy lindo, amplio y sobretodo limpio, con un balcón para disfrutar una bebida a la tardecita. Muy recomendable. Todo es on line, pero es muy fácil. Lo recomiendo. Sólo les pediría un espejo de cuerpo entero.

Localização excelente mas com barulho intenso. Seria aconselhável o apto possuir janelas anti ruído. Poderia ter ao menos duas cadeiras (só tem uma) e o apto é para casal. Não tem gancho de parede para pendurar toalha de rosto. Problema no acesso eletrônico do prédio, que nos fez aguardar alguém para entrar (a noite). No dia seguinte foi regularizado.

Ótima localização e quartos confortáveis com decoração agradável e modernos. É importante ressaltar que não é um hotel nos moldes tradicionais. Na verdade, são quartos que ficam em um dos andares de um prédio. Há uma recepção do condomínio, mas ela não funciona 24h. O elevador é pago, custa 10 centavos, então leve moedas. Existe um serviço de limpeza dos quartos. O self check in é fácil, não tivemos dificuldades. No geral, recomendo a estadia! Vale a pena!

最初、入り口が分からず建物の周りを何度も歩いた。 エレベーターもあるが有料だったので階段で昇り降りした。 部屋は綺麗で広く、冷蔵庫、エアコンも付いていて、wifiも安定して早かった。 バルコニーからの眺めは最高だった。 毎日掃除やベットメイキングもしてもらい、気持ち良く過ごせた。 エントランスに置いてあるコーヒーを入れに部屋を出た際、オートロックと知らず部屋を締め出された。他の客がオーナーと連絡してもらい、何とか入る事ができ、オーナーも客も良い人が多いと感じた。 中央駅から離れているので、夜でも治安が悪いとは思わなかった。 観光、食事、買い物のどれを目的としても最高の立地にあり、最高のナポリ旅行となった。 旅の相棒も丁重に扱っていただき、ありがとう。
